1. Process Revamp: Centralized Hiring Pilot
Lead recruiter for National Security Sector pilot program to centralize hiring of key profiles for the National Security Sector. Pilot included: software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Scientists with TS/SCI polygraph clearances. Included projects in all major IC agencies and all office locations. The program was so successful that it was adopted for more sectors and skill-sets across the company.
2. Data Initiative: Recruiting Tracker
Built custom candidate dashboard using Excel VBA, power query, pivot tables and slicers, to track candidates in process, status, interviews, and offers.
